Marcel Bernanose (1884-1952) Grand Prix of the Colonial Exhibition of Marseille 1922. Teacher of drawing at the Hanoi High School. Marcel Bernanose arrives in Indochina in the very first years of the 20th century. In 1910, he was appointed to the Governor General's office and taught drawing at the Protectorate College. At the same time he developed a real career as a painter and engraver. Back in France at the beginning of the 1920s, he exhibited at the Salons and in 1922 received the Grand Prix at the colonial exhibition in Marseille. The tea harvest.
