Award of gold plaque of honor of the Order of Kim Khanh, second class. Presented in Hué on January 22, 1920 by the Emperor to Monsieur Désenclos, administrative officer in Hanoi. Document written in Sino-Vietnamese and French, marked with the imperial seal and the dry stamp of the Annam Protectorate, countersigned by the Administrateur délégué auprès du gouvernement annamite and by the Résident Supérieur en Annam, Honoré Louis Joseph Tissot.
