Large pierced and engraved silver shovel for cutting and serving fish. Turned wooden handle. Attachment featuring dolphins facing each other on a radiating background. Openwork decoration of a dolphin evolving among aquatic plants bordered by a wavy frieze. Tête de Vieillard hallmark.
