Famille Rose enameled porcelain Buddhist emblem holder. The three-tiered circular base is decorated in blue underglaze with foliage, lotus flowers and prunus, surmounted by a frieze of palms. The body is adorned with a ribboned vase and openwork foliage. The upper part is circular, decorated with lotus flowers and foliage. Underglaze blue Qianlong four-character mark on base. China, Qing dynasty (1644-1912), 18th century, Qianlong period (1735-1796). Height: 18.5 cm. (Restorations).
