Important framed Kammavaca. The manuscript consists of two rigid covers in red and gold lacquered wood and nine double-sided plates in lacquered and gilded latanier leaves. Inscriptions in Pali language written in Burmese characters known as "tamarind seeds". Burma, 18th-19th century. Total dimensions: 180x74 cm. Provenance: French private collection. Acquired before 1977 from a gallery.
