Attributed to Jules LELEU (1883-1961) Armchair with wrap-around back and full armrests with flat cuffs in rosewood veneer. Corner legs with saber-shaped front legs and small gilded sabots terminating in a scroll at the front. Fully upholstered in pink-red fabric (used). Height : 77 cm. Width : 60 cm. Depth : 54 cm. (Veneer chips, scratches, tears). Expert : A.M. Provenance : Apartment in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, decorated in the 1950s under the direction of Jean Cocteau (1889-1963), then in the family by descent.
