Gilt silver (800°/°° minimum) COVERED BOX, titled 84 zolotniki of cylindrical form, the body decorated in Neo-Classical style in light relief with chased and engraved elements depicting wreaths of laurel and oak branches alternating with vestals from which leafy elements emanate, the lid centered with a wreath of laurel leaves in a frame of guilloche frieze and chased palmettes on a textured ground. Work by NICHOLS & PLINKE, Saint Petersburg, 1832. Height: 4.5 cm. Diameter: 7 cm. Weight: 183.5 g. (Scratches).
