Set comprising a tubular enameled silver WAX CASE with polychrome decoration on a textured white ground of landscaped scenes in Rocaille cartouches and the inscription "sincère en amitié", and a rectangular enameled silver BOX (800°/°°) with polychrome decoration on a white ground of flowers and a bird in Rocaille cartouches enhanced with gold. Probably French 18th century. Case dimensions. Length: 11.5 cm. Diameter: 15 cm Box dimensions. Height: 3.5 cm. Length: 7.5 cm. Depth: 5.5 cm. (Damage, missing parts and restorations).
