1904-1905 [TONKIN-ANNAM] Set of 15 postcards addressed to a serviceman, stationed at the Antilles battalion, Camp Jacob (Guadeloupe), including: a Dieulefils card, Femmes de miliciens prenant leur repas, marchand de poissons (collection R. Moreau), Séchage des briques (collection M. Passignat), le Maréchal Sou à Langson, le chef des Bonzes de la pagode de marbre (collection P. Dieulefils) and others... (Some cards with holes and one torn). Also included: - a 10 centième de piastre silver coin 835 °/°°. Marianne type. 1902. Weight: 2.6 g. (Slight wear). - 7 pieces of 1 centième de piastre in bronze. Marianne type. 1886, 1887, 1888 and 1892. (Minor accidents). 3 stamped envelopes dated late 1950s (Republic of Viet-Nam) from Etablissements Xuan Thao 31 rue Nguyen-Cong-Tru, Saigon (possibly the former rue Lefèvre, not far from the swing bridge over the Arroyo chinois).
