Large rectangular wooden COFFRET, fully lined with leather, hinged and closed by a lock and a metal tongue, decorated on all sides with geometric motifs formed by polychrome metal elements encircled by nails and metal rosettes. The front face features an openwork metal element to hold the closing tongue. Interior lined with green velvet, decorated with flower motifs in poly-lobed rosettes. The set rests on four metal ball feet. 20th century Russian work. Height: 31.5 cm. Length: 30 cm. Depth: 14.5 cm. (Minor accidents).
