This quarterly magazine, richly illustrated with black-and-white and color engravings and plates, was so successful that in 1922, a notice at the end of the issue stated that the years 1914-1919 were completely sold out, and invited collectors wishing to dispose of these issues to contact the Association. Provenance: Richard Orband Collection (1869-1926), former Administrateur des Services civils de l'Indochine and delegate to the Court of Annam from 1898 to 1914. From 1914 to 1919, he chaired the Société des Amis du Vieux Hué, before becoming an honorary member on his return to France.
