Cap of a second lieutenant in the colonial infantry or marine infantry, made of blue cloth with red trim, a gold filigree anchor sewn onto a black cloth background, adorned with three insignia, including the 13th Algerian Rifle Regiment insignia in enameled metal, manufactured by Arthus-Bertrand; general insignia of the Free French Forces Army, made of enameled metal, numbered 5103; insignia of the 5th Marching Battalion of the 1st Free French Division, made of enameled metal, numbered 1456. 20th century. Total length: 28 cm. (Wear on the cap; missing enamel on the FFL insignia; the pin is missing from the Marching Battalion insignia).
